Tired of running on the treadmill or pedelling a bike? In this class we use metabolic conditioning and high intensity strength training to help melt the fat away.
Simple doesn't mean easy!
In this class we train the fundamental movements - squat, deadlift, lunge, push, pull, and loaded carry. These movements are the foundation of every training program and this strength training class will teach you how to perform them properly and safely.
Butt, Legs, & Tummy (BLT)
Challenge your lower body and Core
BLT stands for butt, legs, and tummy or glutes, hams and quads. You will cover the fundamental movements targeting these muscle groups but you can expect us to bring up the intensity depending on your fitness level.
