Team Habitual’s number one priority is to support and put the needs of this community first and foremost.
We wanted to provide an update regarding how your membership will be managed while our club is closed during this time.
In order to keep our community and members active while participating in social distancing, Team Habitual will be broadcasting Instagram Live classes and bootcamps through each trainer's instagram account. Please stay tuned for up-to-the-date Online Class Schedules which will be posted regularly on Instagram & Facebook.
Habitual Fitness offers many types of services. Each case is unique and we will be in contact with each individual member with more specific details starting this Monday March 23rd, 2020.
We would like to inform our members and community we are here for you through this difficult time. Habitual is ensuring our members' well being is our priority. The Management team is working closely to ensure that the appropriate decisions are in place with regards to accounts and fees. I would like to continue contributing my regular monthly fees for now and I am happy to continue participating in the free online training classes.
I would like to put a stop payment on my account until the gym is re-opened.
I would like a personal phone call to review other options on how I can stay in shape during this time and still be a part of this great community.
To all PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS, please choose one of the following options:
I would like to continue with my regular monthly fees and I will set up personal online training with my trainer.
I would like to put hold on my sessions until the gym is re-opened.
I would like to discuss my options with a trainer/manager.
IF YOU HAVE SELECTED OPTION 1, MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE ADDITIONAL FREE MONTHS EQUIVALENT TO THE DURATION OF THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD.
PT CLIENTS PACKAGES WILL ALSO RECEIVE AN EXTENSION FOR PT PACKAGES
- We will extend the expiration date of any unused packages and gift cards.

We hope everyone is practicing social distancing at this time in order to mitigate any further transmittance of COVID-19.
As of March 23rd 2020, Team Habitual will be reaching out to all members to see what we can do to ensure the well-being of all areas of your health (mental, physical, emotional and financial).
