We offer a variety of Group Fitness Classes + Bootcamp classes to help you reach your personal fitness goals. Explore our class themes below.
Over 25 classes per week including:
-Bootcamp (Anabolic Cardio)
-Morning Elixir (KB and Pilates fusion)
-Qi-Gong (Kung-Fu Energy with Tai-Chi style movements along with breathing and spinal correction as well as Meditation and building good energy)
-Functional Mobility (active and passive joint manipulation)
-Yoga (stretching with flow)
-30 mins Lunchtime HIIT classes (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Every boot camp class lasts approximately 60 minutes. Our boot camps are a challenging mix of HIIT (high-intensity interval training), strength training, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Every workout is different and we accommodate all fitness levels. Every exercise has its own progression and regression to cater to all individuals. Since our boot camp run from Monday to Sunday , most people will achieve fantastic results if you come 2-3 times per week. Do your best to find a routine that works for you! You'll make new friends and become a part of the Habitual boot camp family. You will be immersed in a supportive and motivating environment and it is an experience like no other!

Our specialty programs are designed to target specific skills in strength training, flexibility and mobility, nutrition and much more. The aim of these unique programs is to coach, educate, and build confidence to be more independent in and out of the gym when it comes to your physical and mental health and wellness.
